What we store
Superbill Generator is a static website. The form, the preview, CSV import and PDF output all run in your browser. When you type, the superbill is saved to your browser’s local storage so it is still there when you come back. That storage belongs to your browser on your device; we cannot see it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t have accounts, logins or a database of superbills.
- We don’t upload CSV files. They are read in your browser and discarded when you close the dialog.
- We don’t send form contents, patient details or codes to any server, analytics tool or advertiser.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver and protect the site. These requests contain the page address only, never what you type into the form.
Shared and public computers
Because data is kept in the browser, anyone using the same browser profile can see it. On a shared computer, clickErase all data at the bottom of the form when you’re done, or use a private window. To move your data to another computer, use More → Save backup (JSON) and restore it there.
HIPAA
Because we never receive or store protected health information, we are not acting as a business associate for your practice. You remain responsible for how you store and share the PDFs you create, for example sending them to clients through a secure channel.
